Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations Policy for Jewelz Creates Art

At Jewelz Creates Art, we strive to provide high-quality, custom artwork and products. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, so we’ve outlined our policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Custom Artwork
Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of custom artwork, refunds and returns are not available for custom orders once work has begun. We take steps to ensure your satisfaction by keeping you informed and involved during the creation process. Final approval is required before the artwork is delivered or shipped.
If you are dissatisfied with the design process or final piece, please reach out to us to discuss potential solutions before the artwork is finalized.
2. Physical Products (Non-Custom)
- If you receive a non-custom physical product that is defective or damaged, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the item.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Contact@jewelzcreatesart.com or on our whatsapp number +973 38383189 with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
3. Digital Products
- Digital products, including digital artwork and downloadable files, are non-refundable once the digital file(s) have been sent or accessed.
- If there is a technical issue with the digital file, please contact us at Contact@jewelzcreatesart.com, and we will work to resolve the problem
4. Cancellations
- Custom Artwork Orders: Orders for custom artwork can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order if work has not yet begun. (commissioner will be notified when the work commences) After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, as the artwork creation process will have started.
- Physical Products (Non-Custom): You may cancel your order for non-custom physical products within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- If you do not receive your refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If there are still issues, contact us at Contact@jewelzcreatesart.com for further assistance.
6. Exclusions
- Custom Artwork: As noted, custom artwork is non-refundable once work has begun, and final approval is required before delivery.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
